Minpunten
- Salary/benefits are OK for entry-level but static, i.e. negotiate upfront and don't expect a big raise each year.
- ESOP provides little benefit because most employees do not stay long enough to start accumulating (2 years), or become fully vested (7 years).
- High turnover: A lot of entry level employees are hired, poorly integrated, and then disappear after a few weeks. Also, the most competent employees tend to quit between 1-3 years.
- A lot of clique-ish non-contributing employees with vague responsibilities.
- Area surrounding office is semi-industrial and the lunch options are very limited/boring.
