      Great atmosphere out at the different accounts. Meeting and building relationships for future business. Great opportunity to mold and manage new people to the security industry.

      Upper management does not lead by example and they condone their own unprofessional actions. Poor at teaching or mentoring you to make your position successful.

      You get to enjoy a flexible schedule in which you choose how many hours a week you want to work and times of day that work best for you. Management always goes above and beyond. Your coworkers are very laid back and there is very little drama if any at all. You also have the opportunity to work just the event side or you can choose to have a set schedule and work the industrial side. With the event side you also meet vendors from all over the country which is extremely interesting. I have friends now who live all over the United States because of this job.

      If you choose to work just the events there are certain seasons that are slower than others, meaning you may not be getting many hours during that time period because there are none to give.
