Their involvement in the community and their efforts to make impactful changes in the fuel and transportation industry are state of the art. The employees that are original are still carrying the original culture when it was great!

Incredibly Clique and Drama!!!! If you don't know someone that knows someone you will not be included in ANYTHING! The culture is talked about a lot but, the culture is not seen or felt in action. There is absolutely NO onboarding process. You will be setup to fail, with no direction, guidance, leadership or training. The lack of leadership is HUGE!!!! There is no investment in the employees, their careers or skills.My manager had NO leadership, management, or specific job skills to complete their job on a daily basis, but had the title . Their customers should know the product has absolutely NO Quality or view of quality even though they say they do. There is no Quality process or procedure. Its one big frat party with no professionalism and it is a HR nightmare waiting to go wrong.
