Cons: If you go to the office it smells like dog pee (see the pros). It's highly advised that if you have an issue, that you figure out how to take care of it yourself. HR is an absolute joke, if you try to have a private conversation with anyone in that department - the boss will know every detail ESPECIALLY if it is about her. Your job title will never match what you actually do - instead of hiring people who know what they are doing, the ceo and her husband will tell clients we're pros at it - and then get angry when current staff can't actually do what was promised. As a result there are people filling roles just because they live with someone who does that work elsewhere and we are supposed to just go ask them for help (free work!) Its common for HR to request staff write reviews here, and give proof that you did. So take any "current employee" reviews with a very big grain of salt.
