Executive Mangement does not take action to correct poor performance of senior managers Front line managers and supervisors are the " Fall guys "when things go wrong. Bullying of subordinates and blame laying by managers is common place. Senior management ignores concerns of employees. HR department is slow and incompetent in hirng practices and has a policy of hiring from within often promoting people to their highest level of incompetence. Brenntag is not innovative, too conservative, and does not understand the value of continuous improvement
