Distinct lack of skills from the majority of staff through lack of training and support from management. Dire working conditions that flout HSE laws. Disorganised logistics. Bleak prospects in regard to future and promotion. Minimal training, with disregard to first aid training which SHOULD be of prime importance. In this company, they say 'Safety first', but they practice 'Money first'.
