Honestly, this place is just beyond terrible. It's really hard to muster any positives, especially since they've laid off almost everyone with talent or a personality.

Minpunten

This place is a joke. It is not a real company. The people "running" it have no business doing so, and soon, it will probably not exist. Don't listen to any of these lying idiots if they attempt to tell you otherwise.

It was nice to work there, boss was very smart, other boss was very caring. I felt appreciated.

You're always encouraged to take on more responsibility and work independently, which is great for broadening your skill set and finding new projects.

Minpunten

You're basically getting paid at poverty level. Unclear guidance from senior management, lack of transparency from senior management (even though the company is ~15 people), and rewarding people based on relationships rather than hard work and accomplishment are some of the things that come to might. Also, getting threatened to be fired every week at the company meeting.
