Bridge2 Solutions is a busy and dynamic place. Over the past year I have seen the situation improve considerably. The company leaders are extremely appreciative of the work we do and try to take time to tell us that. You'll never be bored working at Bridge2solutions and, if you're willing to step outside your comfort zone, you'll really learn a lot more than you could learn at one of the BIG companies. People are motivated and passionate for their customers, and most have a very positive attitude.
Minpunten
Some times it is clear that we are doing too much work with too little people. You see this some times in long hours or weekend work. Not every weekend, but there have been a number of weekend war-rooms that have been called to meet a deadline. Then there are multiple releases, so people need to work on release nights and that's sometimes over the weekend.
But the people are talented and dedicated - and the reason people have to work late is usually due to trying to take on too much in the first place.
The good news is that they'll feed you when this happens.
