1. No work life balance 2. Immature leads 3. People are there since inception of the company at director level feel that they know everything but in reality are living in a shell 4. Managers will throw team members under the bus in front of clients 5. Weekend work without pay or comp off 6. They will say that they care about employees but in reality they don't. DU leaders know everything but still keep mum, infact most of the times they are the real culprits. 7. No process or SDLC, everything is on priority 8. Manager won't shy away from demeaning team members 9. Totally immature and inexperienced product management team. They are staying in the same company from decades and know nothing about the oustide world 10. Managers behave like dictators if you raise yours concern you will be thrown out 11. Manager will call at odd hours and weekends also on public holidays 12. Planning process and requirements is a myth here

The work that we deliver for our clients is important, time sensitive, and impactful to their business and end customers. Our work matters and there is often pressure to meet tight deadlines. Having said this, it is equally important for Bridgenext managers to communicate effectively, clearly identify work expectations and provide professional and constructive performance feedback. We value the experience and knowledge that our long serving employees have gained over the many years that they have worked with us. We are also interested in creating a work environment where all of our employees can do their best work. Pluspunten

I love the people I work with. I’m constantly learning with every project, and I feel appreciated for my skills and talents. My boss is awesome and gives me a lot of freedom. He's friendly, open, honest, and a great mentor. I think he believes in my abilities more than I sometimes do, which pushes me to take on challenges that help me grow and be a valuable asset to the company. Our team is made up of generally happy people, which makes even the tough jobs feel manageable. I’ve also never worked on a brand I wasn’t excited about, which keeps the work feeling meaningful and fun.

Minpunten

- The emphasis on time tracking/timesheets creates constant stress around balancing billability and over-logging hours. - My role and responsibilities have grown but my compensation hasn't changed much over the last several years. - No bonuses.

Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

Minpunten

Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
