- Highly restricted base pay increases once you’re full time (if you’re lucky and fight for yourself you’ll maybe get a 10% base increase once every 2 years and you have to battle HR for it) - Horrible retention for a reason, they won’t pay you what you’re worth after you’re in - Mobility solutions is where they send projects and teams to expire - avoid this department at all costs if you want job security - Not much honesty from upper management - Have been through 3 re-orgs in the past year and witnessed them fire 100+ people in the first quarter on just one team - Once you properly resign they will ensure you don’t get paid on bonus even if you worked every day of the past quarter or half - Stuck in the past, whether it’s their systems or communication methods (teams have no idea what’s going on outside of their bubbles or just the broad business vision)
