      Ultimately, see the advice for management, but there's a high turnover rate for a reason. It's glaringly obvious, but for some reason no one wants to actually address it. People from different departments would start, and then be gone in a week - if not a few days.

      Unlimited PTO and decent benefits. Wish the quality of the wine had been better.

      As others have mentioned it was a bit of a toxic workplace with poor leadership at the end, but they were acquired and the business was absorbed into another company.
