As a relatively new and rapidly expanding business the processes, structure and practices have all evolved quickly, which we appreciate can seem daunting, especially if it’s your first job straight from school. Every effort is made by the training team to continuously improve the training delivery and we’re now in a position where the capable Apprentices are working on some very exciting projects and those who still have more to develop have additional support to help them along the way. The financial side of the business which you refer to does not factor in the cost of running the training company, where all profits are reinvested. It’s actually the commercial business which pays the wage, which is offered as an alternative to college where no income is received. The salary for Level 4 does offer a significant step up too. It’s unfortunate that you didn’t have a positive experience when you were in the business. We hope you’ve continued in to further education and wish you every success.
