      - Motivated and talented. Everyone is incredibly passionate about what they do; developers, sales, professional services, marketing, the business team... - Open and honest. Everyone is encouraged to get involved and if they have an idea, to bring it forward. - A friendly group of people. They always make time for each other and it's not always just about work - Great office and team environment. A great office environment and the team really listen to what the employees have to say.

      Working at this small tech company in Brighton has been a great experience. The company culture is fantastic, with lots of social events and a fun, friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to meet new people and make friends. They are very supportive of various humanitarian projects, which is something I truly appreciate. The team is always helpful, and stakeholders are open-minded and receptive to new ideas, fostering a very innovative environment. Overall, it's a wonderful workplace with plenty of personal and professional growth opportunities.
