When I was at BrightView they had good compensation and my coworkers were a pleasure to work with. Creating amazing landscapes for people to work, live, and play in was very rewarding work.
Minpunten
The benefits have always been terrible. Between multiple private equity firms and going public, the customer is no longer the primary focus of the business. Work to reduce headcount, streamline the business, and save money year over year have taken much of the joy out of working here.
