Lack of training Lack of leadership from management Throw you under the bus attitude Fictitious with clients Shareholders come before employees No bonus No incentive for hourly employees Low pay Fast turnover rate Wont give a raise based on performance and will let you walk and hure someone for the exact pay you asked for. Dont support "going up the ranks" Will push you out if you get on their "bad side"

Good job and new manager has turned the place around.

1. Make you pay for take home company truck now used to be part of the job 2. Took away my managers sales bonus and he was not happy about it 3. All managers share a credit card for the entire branch 4. Bonuses are not what they used to be 5. Cuts are made company wide every quarter all to save Dales job and to show a shareholder profit yet the CEO makes millions with tones of bonuses and extras while little guys get crap pay
