The children and coworkers. Working with the children is uplifting and nice(when your not out of ratio with too many by yourself). My coworkers are great. We bond over struggles and stresses of being a brightside employee.
Minpunten
Management sucks. Does not care about teacers at all. Everytime you turn around theres a new team they just fired the whole regional staff that was only there for 8 months. They give you days off them take them back saying its a mistake and parents are complaining. Hours are long, pay is the worst and I overheard our director talking to someone from corporate and they reffered to us as " a dime a dozen" recently. Please please run fast and far. Ive worked here a little over a year and read the bad reviews but thought I could handle it. NO NO NO please dont make the same mistake. Dont get stuck!!!
