If you have previously met our CEO, you would know that he takes a personal interest in the welfare of all employees, and when speaking with any of them identifies them by name and gives them the utmost respect. Our CEO would not make such a remark, regardless of our turnover. Brightside Academy’s goal, is to remain fair, consistent, and competitive with pay practices.
