Management and Executives are not aligned. Work is prioritized by my manager but when it’s completed we get dinged because it’s not what the executives wanted.
Priorities shift almost weekly with no clear communication on why.
Poor work life balance, lots of off-hours work to meet deadlines.
Aggressive goals with not enough staff has us skipping tech debt, which causes issues daily.
