Working here has been genuinely meaningful and it feels like it makes a real difference for patients and families. Management is supportive, approachable, and gives you space to grow. The culture is positive and people truly value each other. Professionally, this has honestly been one of the better decisions I’ve made because I’ve been able to develop, contribute ideas, and feel trusted in my role.

I haven’t personally experienced any real downsides so far. My experience has been very positive.

Somewhat flexible hours have decent benefits

I honestly wouldn’t recommend this company. While middle management seems as sweet as can be. The upper management can be very spiteful.. Rumor has the DCPS turned in a prior employee to regulating services because she just didn’t like her.
