Minpunten
No innovation after merger. Working long hours is encouraged and rewarded well by incompetent managers. Huge disparity in pay (RSUs, bonus, hikes) across business groups. This leads to low motivation and morale. Most of the managers are biased and dummies. Everything is controlled by directors.
