HR is a joke!!!NO HR Policies or Code of conduct applicable for management!! No FEEDBACK MECHANISM FOR MANAGERS.. Treats employs like machines not humans & by default weekends are considered to be working days Spoils the work life balance.. No Team lunch or No Team outing ..!!!
