11. An extremely stingy company, they would rather get something done as cheap as possible rather than doing it the correct way.
12. Very unhappy residents, angry office calls are a daily occurrence.
13. Blatant lack of trust for employee performance, all leasing agents are forced to sell apartments to fake shoppers set up and paid for by Broadmoor to gain insight and information on their staff. Then that information is used against you and you are given a score based on if you did a good job or not.
14. Maintenance extremely rude to residents and other employees daily and typically have foul strong body odor or cigarette smoke smell to them at all times that is never addressed by management.
