Salary low, and only receiving 2% increase My team leader is not a fair person, not a great leader and inconsistent with colleagues Have been told if I am not happy I know where the door is multiple times by my leader, my leader also doesn't care about my well being Annual reviews are not a fair representation of the hard work we do and inconsistent across leaders Equipment is hit and miss whether it will work My leader has favourites within our team so some of us don't get a fair deal Workload is always extremely high, we do the work of 2 people and get a pittance for it.

Pluspunten

In general the people who work here are great and help each other and want to make a difference. The aims of the organisation sound great and draw you in to feel like you can be yourself and have your say, the reality is very different.

Minpunten

In customer experience the senior leadership is top down, restrictive and bullying. When issues and concerns are raised even from within leadership roles these are swept under the carpet. If you question decisions or aren't a yes person you are described as negative even if you do this in a constructive way. There is also a sense of you get roles if your face fits

Lots of what you raise point towards the fact there has been so much change at Bromford - which can feel uncomfortable and unsettling for colleagues.
