My team had a high staff turn over mainly due to the bullying culture and toxic management style and a general lack of organisation. HR here are very poor at dealing dealing with the very obvious. Very long hours expected, almost felt as if I shouldn't make after work plans because if I said I needed to leave time I would get a funny look. You shouldn't be made to feel bad for leaving work on time.
