This is a great company if you want to move up quickly - as long as you can prove yourself and your worth to the company. I would recommend to any friend I had looking for a position.

If you're looking to become extremely specialized in a particular field, this probably isn't for you. Wearing many hats is required. It is also very opportunity driven as opposed to path driven (which I actually consider a positive). But if you want the rigid structure of a corporate hierarchy, you probably won't be the best fit here.
