pay per hour, easy hiring process, some holiday pay
Minpunten
no benefits, no 401 until one year is complete, no support, hire incompetent people and ask you to train them or do their work too, do not care once the client drops you.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Relationships are at the core of our business and thus we put a great deal of value on not only the relationships with our clients but also the relationships with our consultants. It is for this reason that we are shocked and disappointed to hear that you had such a negative experience. Would you please email us at success@eightelevengroup.com so that we can learn more about this situation?

- As a contractor, there is a lack of stability, but not necessarily a con
This company relies on growth from within, so if they see potential in you, they will help you get to that next level. There is always a huge support system around you at all times.
Minpunten
The amount of support can quickly turn into micromanaging, and promoting from within is great until you start protecting those who earned their title sheerly through tenure or a 'good ol' boy' system. Also, the pay is abysmal. They pay you the absolute minimum in salary and the rest is based off of commission, so even the best reps can lose everything on a clients whim, going from making almost $200K a year to $30K in the blink of an eye. They say they have protections in place for that but that's only for the people who earn the company millions of dollars for 4 consecutive years.
Also, there really is no such time as a work/life balance here. They throw parties to make you think you do, but if you are out on PTO you will still be judged by your KPI's while you were out, and they expect you to pick up the phone, regardless of if you are on vacation or at your grandfathers funeral. "Still gotta keep you numbers up!"
