While we have supported nonprofits for over 20 years, the last five years have been our fastest-growing period with substantial changes, including doubling our team and businesses. Unfortunately, training is fluid when growing, often playing catch-up. We acknowledge that training and furthering our training offering is a top priority. We also encourage our team members to seek training opportunities and engage with other team members to assist in areas that need help. We also offer a training stipend for team members to round out their skills outside the BryteBridge walls. Fast-paced and growing companies are only for some and may vary based on where people are in their careers. Personal attacks on our team members don't have a place at BryteBridge, nor do they offer valuable feedback to evolve our company and culture. We wish you the best in your career.
