Minpunten
Remote upper management repeatedly pressurising team leaders and taking a negative view of staff, endlessly relying on incomplete performance statistics and ignoring any nuances about situations or challenges of the work being done. Notably this got worse after the Gallagher takeover in 2023 but it also seems to stem from a few people in upper management. One senior individual in particular was very temperamental and confrontational and took any pushback personally, appearing to hold grudges. Also, generally there was a problem with reliance on hand-made document templates, not enough automation and standardisation on things like document production. Employees not always put in a good position to succeed with changes always 'coming soon.'
