The CEO is chill and cool. The projects are good. These 2 are the only cons in the company.

Minpunten

1. The worst HR department ever has seen. No listening power in HR. Partial behavior of the manager. 2. You can be fired anytime. You take leaves due to medical or emergency, the next day you will be fired. 3. Lack of activities and employee benefit schemes. 4. The CO's are doing their best but middle level is not working.

1) I have been working for almost 3 years and the salary has always come on time. 2) Good work environment and culture. 3) Teammates are cooperative and management is transparent. 4) The company policies are good, the appraisals are fair and they give good salary increases. 5) People are encouraged to try and specialize in various tasks.

There is no downside, all is well.
