Minpunten
No sales commission. You do not get any commission on sales, it only goes to your production percentage for that day. To make the amount of money i need, my production for the day needs to exceed $1400. I usually only see between $800-1100. So that means I need to upsell between $300-600 everyday to meet my $1400 daily requirement for my bills to be paid. This is not possible everyday. So on the days that i am able to upsell, it doesnt make up for my $800-1000 days because it is not possible to upsell that amount of money daily. And this is due to the fact that i am not allowed to contact my customers about an upsell outside of the software app we use. I cannot make any phone calls or text messages. I have to rely on the customer seeing the email of the report once i am done with their service. This is a problem when 60% of my customers are not home to speak with face-to-face. And also management following up with the customer about said upsell days later. If i made sales commission this wouldnt matter. I could make up the money loss in low production days as i have in the past. For instance, I can upsell about $1000 almost every week. I get 15% in production for everything that i do daily. If i had made 10-15% in sales commission i can expect to see an extra $100-150 for every $1000 that i sell. If you know how production works you will understand this. So in conclusion, i make about $150-180 a day (in my pocket) 5 days a week. The no sales commision aspect is what kills me. I could be seeing $1k-1200 weekly based on my sales track plus daily production but am only getting $700-800 weekly.
