As a smaller global org, there is a lot of diversity and regular opportunity to connect with team members from different locations. As a workplace, there is support for professional development, annual performance reviews, and other opportunities for feedback and recognition. Structured with a small global group and various country programs and offices means everyone's inputs count - the staff are collaborative and experienced at their work.
