      Pluspunten

      Creatively, this is a great place to see your work because the turnaround time lines are quick. Some flexibility with schedule.

      Minpunten

      The hours are long and hectic and the expectation of how often/long you should work are unrealistic. There is no work/life balance because you will never be compensated for the extra hours you put in. They may offer a day off if you have put in over 60 hours in a week but it is at the management's discretion to decide if/when you get to take one day for more than 20 hours extra worth of work! There is no room for growth. Salary is low unless you are management. Benefit costs are outrageous.

      Great culture, lovely people, creative environment, hands-on experience! Great for those that need to WFH. The management is very approachable and responsive. It’s a great place to work.

      Minpunten

      SOP needs some work, they need to improve the way that they communicate and streamline their process, every department has its own method of communication either through PowerPoint forms or Teams Planner cards. It doesn’t feel cohesive and causes a lot of confusion, to the point where most people (even those who have been working there for many years) don’t know who to reach out to for different things. They need to improve the way they do their budget forms, their furniture estimates and excels are a bit convoluted and difficult to work in.
