      Pluspunten

      They are pretty flexible but perhaps I’ve been lucky. The families I have worked with have been flexible. You have to make up any hours you miss which is a good thing.

      Minpunten

      Things get lost in translation. Definitely need more training for new employees. Pay can be better. Driving from home to home can be an issue depending on the distance from one place to the other.

      Don’t get paid mileage unless it’s to cover someone else’s shift.

      Pluspunten

      The company offers training and helps you get your RBT certification. The job gives you a real sense of accomplishment. You really do improve the kid's quality of life. There is lots of room to move upward in the company.

      Minpunten

      You have to do lots and lots of driving in high traffic areas. Hours are sometimes inconsistent depending on the clients schedule.
