Furthermore, BGI treats you like family and is always ready to put you first before any activity. I have grown so much and built relevant leadership skills. Everyone has a responsibility from the first day. They encourage you to innovative and creative. I really love what I do

      Because you are responsible for your project, there is many times pressure for you to deliver. It can get really intense because the team is still growing and there are many projects. However this is often compensated by having relaxing team activities and taking time off work.
