Solid process that was refined over time, with management always looking to make sustainable improvements. Nice work environment where coworkers are genuinely teammates and friends, even outside of office hours. Management very approachable and responsive, even when out of office. General feeling that everyone was part of a team to get this product out there.

Could be a very demanding job, as we were chronically understaffed.
