      Big company, nothing is perfect, but.... Manager had no clue what own employees did. I had to cover extra work so others could take care of their kids. Panic attacks and fire drills were unnecessary and not needed. I had to take on tasks from several different laid off people, no recognition at all just status quo. One/two people ruined my experience(gossipy, backstabbing, lying, finger pointing, pass the work). Life is too short. So glad I left. Overall good company, if you get on the right team.

      Working in HR, I see A LOT of entitlement from senior leaders. The COO is so rude to employees. CHRO sits one floor above the HR department, and I’ve only seen her on our floor one time in 3 years. The overall perception of her within HR is not a positive one. She’s very cold and impersonal - not sure if she’s human. Morale is at an all-time low. Everyone is waiting to see who will be laid off next. Starting salaries are good but comp progression year over year is laughable for anyone below director level. The company nearly doubled in size since acquiring Viterra in 2025, but business services functions like HR keeps getting hit with layoffs, so workload has doubled while teams have been cut in half.
