I have a very positive experience working here. The company has a supportive and friendly environment where teamwork is genuinely encouraged. Management is approachable and always willing to listen. I would suggest to NOT FOCUS on negative reviews as these employees are not in for a reason. The workload is manageable, expectations are clear and there is good communication throughout the organisation. I would definitely recommend it.

Like any growing organisation, there can be busy periods where workloads increase which can feel fast paced.

Worked good enough to bring some money in, nothing more

For some reason always siding with this one particular employee although she has no clue how to do her job, is rude to everyone new in the business and management sweep it under the carpet as “oh well that’s just how she is” No, people in a professional environment need to know how to behave accordingly. It is not my responsibility as an employee to take someone else’s unkindness and get on with it. Management lies straight to your face thinking you haven’t got a clue. Mental health is massively over looked even when you reach out for help. Lastly but not least, I wast the best employee they had in one of the specific offices always achieving and doing more than everyone else and they knew that however I still had to fight for a pay rise. As a director, sitting there asking me why I deserve that specific pay even though all of you knew well I was leading that office was absolutely ridiculous and rude. I was taking on the job of three people and they still wanted me to do more with a low pay. If you want your people to go above and beyond, match the pay. Don’t be a stinging family business. A lunch every 6 months isn’t going to motivate no one. I’m in a much better place and company with people that actually value me and my work, good pay and good benefits. No micromanaging and no drama. The relief I felt once I left was out of this world. Good luck with your business, you’re going to need it. Everyone else, please avoid for your own sake
