For the most part, the people I work with are great.

Minpunten

People are overworked and underpaid. We are expected to preform duties well outside of our role with no compensation increase. No raises, no promotions, even when you are regularly recognized for high performance.

Thank you for your feedback. I am surprised to see your comments around raises and promotions...since the first of this year, 60+ employees have been promoted and they all received increases with these promotions. I encourage you to reach out to your leader and/or the engagement team to discuss your concerns so we can work together to address them.
