You get food. There is a five word minimum, I can't come up with five words to give as a 'pro'.
Minpunten
I had so much to say, but it's nothing that hasn't been said about Businessolver in the other comments. Read through the reviews. The negatives are absolutely true. Things got so bad, that Businessolver even released a request to 'happy' employees to go on and leave good reviews on Glassdoor. Businessolver used to offer this 'Pay to Leave' option where, if you weren't happy, they would offer you some type of severance to help you find another job. So many people took that option, they no longer offer it. Think about that for a moment. Instead of addressing the things that make your employees miserable, you took away the thing that made it easier for them to locate a new job. Look through the history, current employees will have a comment from Employee Engagement telling them to ask their supervisor about the option. That's no longer suggested, because the program was killed. I'm sure that a Businessolver employee will leave a comment stating something like "Not everyone feels like you do" but the reality is, people are leaving this company in droves (take a look at the number of Participant Services reps you've lost in the last 5 months, it's basically half your workforce) because they all feel like I do. I would love to tell you all about the unethical things that happen at Businessolver every day, but that would require me to give out confidential information. I believe in being ethical, so I will have to bite my tongue. There are no career opportunities at Businessolver. You will stay in the job you were hired into while they continue to staff from outside the business. It's disheartening to watch people come in from outside to a job you were hoping you'd get a chance to apply for. This is another pain point - if you are good at your job, you will get more to deal with. If you are mediocre at your job, you will get to slide by doing the minimum. Some people take 50-60 calls a day, while others take 25-30 calls a day. There is no repercussion for taking fewer calls, but if you start taking more calls, you will be expected to take more calls. So, perform well at your own risk.
