Pay was great but not worth the hours you have to work to not fall behind.

Company, new hire training portrays everyone as happy positive employees but it is completely opposite. Most people are burned out and miserable and there is a lot of negativity. Not a work - family balance company even though they claim to be. Not provided the time to gradually take on your responsibilities as you grow your knowledge and confidence rather thrown in without not much support to help you. Very stressful!
