You'll think it's great but it's not. only pro - we're remote work.

Minpunten

- Favoritism - No care of employees especially during the pandemic - A LOT of backstabbing happens especially to those who leave. I've seen and heard it. - Lacks transparency - Many good people are taken for granted - They keep saying integrity is their core value but upper management doesn't follow it. - Long hours and they expect you to work long hours. - They will give you a lot of work and not think about time. - They contact you on holidays, breaks, and weekends. And expect you to reply. - No mentorship or guidance

Some of the best department I work with are the HR, Admin and IT. They were very accommodating and fun to be with. The company is also a chill workplace, no pressure.
