      None that exist anymore, if you worked here previously or went to school here things have drastically changed, it is not the University you once knew

      lack of leadership on all levels; during future student recruitment misinformation is often given to parents and students; take advantage of employees that have children utilize tuition exchange program or children that attend Butler (tuition is free is child is accepted), University leadership knows that employees using this benefit can not afford to lose their job in order for their child to continue pursuing degree, this is exploited and employees are often overworked because college leadership knows the employee has a child (or children) using tuition benefits

      Pluspunten

      Wonderful lab culture. Great learning environment. Opportunities to grow laboratory technique skills and work independently on solo project. Many chances to present findings at data meetings or poster conferences. If you are an undergraduate looking for research experience, look into what each professor is researching, reach out to them, and be yourself. They want to teach people who are open to learning and willing to try new things.

      Minpunten

      Takes a lot of time. You need to invest in what the professor is researching, read previous literature published to get familiar with the research topic and hypothesis. Not a lot of networking opportunities, so you have to be the one to initiate and find them yourself.
