I would say that a lot is asked of you from day 1. You have a lot of responsibility early doors so keep this in mind if you are looking for a 'cushy' job. At times, it can be really demanding as we are growing quickly - it's never boring though!

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is deeply woven into the company, with a strong focus on driving awareness across all teams. Additionally, the business actively encourages continuous learning and career development. Depending on your role, they also offer a great hybrid model with a mix of in office and wfh days, allowing for excellent flexibility.

Minpunten

The work-life balance fluctuates significantly depending on the time of year and specific project deadlines in my particular department. Additionally, it is a fast-paced working environment which may not suit some people.
