Terrible leadership and petty managers who have a tenuous grip on reality, they expect staff to exceed the 12 hours they work because they think we are robots. Health and safety is an absolute joke which is run by people who have little interest about the issues we have or how to solve them. Forget promotion unless you socialise with higher ups or are of an obsequious nature.

Additionally, the business actively encourages continuous learning and career development. Depending on your role, they also offer a great hybrid model with a mix of in office and wfh days, allowing for excellent flexibility.

Minpunten

The work-life balance fluctuates significantly depending on the time of year and specific project deadlines in my particular department. Additionally, it is a fast-paced working environment which may not suit some people.
