Continually cost cutting projects, dumpster fire fighting, or projects shafted after months of work with no empathy. I understand priorities can shift in a start up environment, but there is no clear direction across product and engineering, which instills no trust in senior leaders and they don't seem to care about employee morale. Employees questioning their decision to work here so soon after getting hired is not good.
CRO is power hungry and always looking to show her "knowledge", when really she just acts like a dictator, that's not leadership. The immense lack of respect, rudeness, and condescension is disturbing, with the attitude of "get it done or else". Which results in fear and stress to get things submitted without proper QC or even a ticket. When managers start blaming their teams instead of taking accountability, that's when you know the company isn't headed anywhere good.
