Many of the individuals I work with are lovely people and everyone tries to help each other.

Minpunten

Wages have stagnated for many years, there's no bonuses, no annual payrise. Asking for a pay review results in management dragging their feet for months without giving an answer. Most recently Upper Management have mandated a sweeping 4 day RTO with a patronising and infantalising email which boils down to "the boss likes to see bums in seats" and completely ignores individual needs and situations.

It is a small company which has grown quickly over the last 2 years. Systems and processes need to be assessed and evolved quickly to keep up with the increased amount of business
