Minpunten
Work–life balance is effectively non-existent. Long hours are the norm, not the exception, and burnout is widespread. Mid-level management is deeply dysfunctional. Decision-making is inconsistent, reactive, and often driven by politics rather than strategy or data. When things go wrong, accountability does not flow upward. Instead, individual contributors or managers are used as scapegoats, while structural issues remain unaddressed. Poor internal communication and shifting priorities create unnecessary chaos and rework. Leadership appears more focused on short-term optics than building sustainable teams or systems. Advice to Management: If the company wants to retain talent, it needs to fix middle management, establish real accountability, and stop normalizing burnout as “high performance.” Without serious changes to culture and governance, the current trajectory feels unsustainable. Personally, I would not be surprised if the company faces serious financial or operational instability within the next few years. Overall: Do not join this company if you value work–life balance, psychological safety, or competent management. It may look exciting from the outside, but internally it is exhausting and poorly run.
