sometimes, we are not compensate enough despite all the hardworks. we have this stack ranking system, hence it'll be impossible for everyone to get a monthly bonus. it gets very demotivating. sometimes, one person has to handle up to 6 projects, but when no appreciation is given despite the hard work, it gets so demotivating to go to work
