Pay for every department is above the national average. It makes sense though, we are one of the biggest companies in the world. Health Benefits are excellent here. Depending on what job family you go into, the work life balance is overall a little above average. Managers are nice and understanding most of the time. It is a very diverse company and anyone who tells you differently is lying. Over 40% of our employees speak a language other than English and are non-white and nearly 50% of the company is made up of women. There are monthly ERG calls for the LGBTQ+ community, African American and Hispanic communities, etc. We also have a women's ERG group and many more things you can dive into and you'll find all groups are welcoming of everyone.

The company is changing something or firing a department every chance they get to "keep innovating"... they honestly just don't know what they are doing. They are more concerned about "beating UBER freight" than actually fixing the problems at the 'bottom' of their food chain (ya know... the people actually running the biz... the frontline workers). Don't expect to ever see HQ or work in a fancy office unless you're in a regional center or corporate office.. and even those office's lack the "culture" that CH tries to say they have and but don't. Last thing ill say is that the training is not good. They wont send you to HQ or do in person / interactive activities with you in pretty much any department (maybe they do in sales .. but that's it). You will be learning behind a screen, reading a bunch of mumbo jumbo or you're just going to be thrown to the fire. FYI - CEO is AWFULL!!!!!!!!!! FYI #2 - Don't expect to move up quickly here. You will work here 5-10 years before a major promotion if starting from the bottom, and that's if they don't fire you first!
