Lack of job security / Layoffs. No guarantee even if you give it your best they’ll keep you cause you are just numbers at the end of the day to management. They started last year (2022) when the new CPTO joined and it’s been brutal since. The amount of secrecy and suddenly layoff they threw on your face out of nowhere was cruel. The way they read a script at the sudden meeting (scheduled over my pto, did not care I was out of office), hr off boarding meeting and computer reset in less than 2 hours amidst tears was nothing short of inhumane.
